Concept Terrace Hotel Rome

Great location for attractions and transport, clean rooms, excellent breakfast with many options, helpful staff. I'll be back and I'll recommend to friends.

I was kinda surprised by the spaciousness of my Comfort Room at Concept Terrace. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location of the hotel was superb, great to easily explore popular attractions by foot or metro. The breakfast was authentic and delicious, with the option to have eggs cooked to your preference. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The Concept Terrace Hotel in Rome was fantastic! The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the double shower in the shower room was a great feature. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was also excellent, with many popular attractions within walking distance.

Our reservation for a connecting room was not honored, and we ended up in a suite with only one small bathroom to share. It was not what we had booked and the hotel did not offer any compensation or acknowledgement of the situation.

The rooms are spotless with a brand new feel. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, with a 5-minute walk to the Repubblica Metro station, making it easy to get to major attractions like the Colosseum and Vatican. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff, especially the lady who looks after breakfast, are very friendly and accommodating. The reception staff are also helpful in providing information and tips on places to visit and how to get around.

We loved our stay here! Very close to Trevi fountain and other tourist attractions, this hotel was in a great location. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room service was top-notch. The amenities in the room were perfect, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
